Stiffening of screws
The so-called screw stiffening means that the screws required by customers need to be hardened. Hardening is the heat treatment we often say, it is the heat treatment of the screw, the stiffening of the screw is called quenching, the hardening is the hardness to increase the screw, but the screw needs toughness, high tensile strength, and no high hardness. Therefore, general screws need to be quenched and tempered at high temperature, also known as quenching and tempering treatment, so as to enhance the tensile strength of screws. A simple understanding is to screw the screws to increase the hardness of the screws themselves.
Why do we need to stiffen the screws, mainly considering that many screws are used before they are stiffened, so they are easy to slide or break their heads.
